Pretoria Salon + Spa

After 7 years as an educator at a reputable cosmetology school in Philadelphia, of which she earned all her licenses, Hang was determined to branch off and focus on her own salon in 2016, resulting in the debut of Pretoria Salon & Spa. With all of her qualifications, she became the jack of all trades. Hang stands behind the chair daily with hair clients, performs many spa services, catering to bridal hair/makeup, and nails, of which she finds very nostalgic. Hang persists to educate her team, focusing on her salon’s mission and delivers quality work and experience on a daily basis.

Jesse took a leap into his passion in 2009 when he attended a prestigious cosmetology school in Philadelphia. After graduation, Jesse freelanced to focus on mastering his techniques in detail. Over a decade later, he decided to take a more administrative approach in the salon world, leading clients, services and managing the flow of the salon.

In 2022, after the resurrection of a heavy flood that put Pretoria Salon & Spa down, Jesse made the newly renovated Pretoria Salon & Spa as one of his homes. His vibrant energy and desire to be the best in what he does is what makes the experience at Pretoria so unique. Jesse’s skills for styling and makeup go above and beyond. Clients love him in every aspect from Salon Coordinator to Stylist.

Without a doubt, whether Jesse is at his front desk or behind the chair, he is truly gifted in his talent in all things hair, beauty and personality. 

Jamie uses hair as her canvas, bringing a unique and fresh approach to map out each guest’s unique needs and wants. Her specialties range from dimensional, hand painted balayage, to platinum blondes, to vibrant intense colors. Color is where she thrives and giving guest’s their dream hair is her goal.

Jamie has worked in many aspects and locations of this industry over the years being certified in balayage, foilyage, color correction, long lived-in cuts, i-tip and u-tip extensions, keratin treatments, Brazilian Blowouts and much more. Truly passionate about her chosen career, Jamie is always staying on top of the trends. She continues to expand her knowledge by attending classes and hair shows to learn from the industry’s best and top leaders.

After 15 years of freelance as a side gig, Jennifer decided to take a full dive into the beauty industry which she has always loved. In 2021, Jennifer enrolled into a reputable school and earned her cosmetology license the same year. This move opened up the doors for her to be able to pursue more of what the beauty industry has to offer.

Jennifer joined the Pretoria family in March 2022, and has found her new passion as a color specialist while still offering her master skills in nails, special event hair, and make-up.
